Ruby Cup Kegel Trainer

How to use your Ruby kegel trainer:
- Get into a comfortable position, lying or sitting down. Women with a stronger pelvic floor can use it whilst standing.
- Insert the trainer gently into your vagina.
- Contract your pelvic floor muscles for 2-10 seconds, breathing deeply as you do so before releasing the contraction. You may wish to follow the Ruby Kegel Workout.
- Wash with a mild soap after use and store in the cotton bag provided.
