You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund credit. If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please refer to our Late or Missing Refunds section for further assistance.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned items must include this RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For items purchased during promotional periods, refunds will be issued for the actual amount paid after any applicable discounts. Gift cards and downloadable software products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
